I have live in landlord and she has given me 30 days and I agreed but she has turned the water off what do I do??

I was only suppose to live here 6 months then she said she wanted me to stay here longer so I did 1 year and half. Now she has turned the water off what can I do..

In most states, turning off the water would violate the warranty of habitability and you wouldn't have to pay rent for those months after providing notice. Unfortunate, I don't know the applicable law in Delaware. I strongly recommend contacting a landlord/tenant attorney. They should at least be able to steer you in the right direction free of charge.
