Can I use EAD and I-131 to re enter us?

I've applied for a greeencard due to marriage to us citizen. I did not get my green card approved yet, but I did get my work permit card and my I-131 approved! I'm from Germany and want to visit my family. Can I leave the country for 2-3 weeks and come back to USA without any further problems, even tho I don't have my greencard yet?

If is endorsed for entry, then yes you can without any further problems.

Typically I would say no unless it's an emergency as you never are assured being paroled into the country. Given the current situation, I would advise against it 100% as even green card holders have encountered issues.
