How does one get out of timeshare contracts?

Business 4 views 3 answers
I already own World Mark points and a year ago was talked into purchasing more. The downpayment was applied to a credit card, which they issued. This last December I was talked into purchasing another one. They told me they would buy me out of my WM contract. They too put the downpayment on a credit card. In the end, they never bought my WM contract. I now am making four payments a month to cover both credit cards and the timeshare payments. I'm on the verge of bankruptcy. I want to end--get out of both contracts. I want them to repossess what they sold me and I will owe them nothing more. I want someone who will negotiate the ending of both of these contracts.

You might talk to timeshareexitteam.com, or any of the others.

You also, need to look to your contract as to how you can sell your points. Then sell the points to someone else. IF you need to touch base with WM, please get all promises in writing and do not sign any paperwork that will make you spend more of your money. It looks like they know how to make you part with your money, even though you do not have much to part with.

Hi there--sorry to hear that you have a timeshare. There are companies, such as the one Gary has provided a link to, that specialize in these things. I suggest you contact one of them, after researching others' experiences online. Good luck.
