Can I file wrongful termination ? What do you do with a board that doesn't follow their bylaws ?

I was terminated without cause ( a term in my employment agreement ) by the executive committee. Per the bylaws of the organization I was employed by this action should have been approved/rejected by the Board at the meeting is past weekend. It was not. I was not provided an annual evaluation as required in my employment agreement. I think most of my board would agree that I have done my job.
