Can I ask this in my parenting plan?
Father lives in Texas, my daughter and I live in Montana. I am trying to come up with a parenting plan but not really sure if I can ask this, or just live it out. Father does not want to talk to his daughter nor see her over the phone via video chat. I have tried for over a year, he also refuses to pay child support.
I asked for:
Full custody
visitation be accessible when both parents can have time for parenting in Montana
Father has supervised visitation by mother
father pays 70 percent and mother pays 30 percent of uncovered dental, medical, and counseling
Father pays 50 and mother pays 50 of Daycare, preschool, headstart, before and after school program, extra curricular activites, equipment and uniforms.
father pays for his travel expenses to visit child
I asked him to provide a 100,000 life insurance policy along with my self on the child
I asked the courts for my parents to have custody of my daughter due to never meeting or seeing or talking to her biological father.
Is this too much to ask for? Or should I provide something that I am missing?
