A new police report instead of arrest report.

When I was in jail's court, I read the arrest report. In my attorney's office I read another police report that is not the one I read in jail. I asked my attorney to get the original arrest report. Next time I am in the attorney's office, I am reading a newly created, the third police report, instead of the first, made while the officer was arresting me. Can anyone explain what is happening?

You need to be discussing this with your attorney. It is not uncommon for supplemental police reports to be prepared and filed by various officers and/or crime labs. It is possible that you are reading new, supplemental reports that have been filed. In this situation it is not a case of original, or older reports being discarded it is simply a case that those reports are being supplemented by ones that are being filed by other officers, etc. As I stated earlier this is not an uncommon occurrence.

It is possible that the first report you read was an officer's statement of probable cause. That is a statement that the officer makes saying what gave him a basis to arrest you, and what basis there is to proceed with criminal charges. Sometimes an officer will write a separate, more detailed report about the case for later use in the case. An officer may also amend a police report as needed. Finally, there is always the possibility that there were multiple officers involved, each of whom wrote their own report. Only an attorney who has seen each of these reports can fully answer your question.
