I live in Rogers County. A bill collector filed a judgement against me in Tulsa County. Shouldn't this be filed in Rogers Co?

I work in Tulsa County. Shouldn't this be filed in the County in which I live? Also, I was never served with any documents about any hearing. They have frozen my bank account, yet never attempted a Wage Garnishment, just went straight for Bank Garnishment.

It depends on the location of the two counties and the court where you were sued. If the counties touch each other (i.e. are contiguous) then it may be OK for them to sue there.
