Can I get sued?

I am having a wedding and serving alcohol there. We will have a licensed bartender there serving and checking ID and also security. My question is.... Can someone who is of age and is drinking then leave the venue and happens to get in a wreck? Can I get sued or the bartender get sued for that?

Someone can always sue....remember, here the bar tender and you the employer are responsible that guests do not over drink....
