What will be the outcome?

My wife is making very bad decisions lately. She is heavily smoking marijuana and driving without a license. She recently got a new job at the "gym" which turns out to be a strip club. She does not know that I know. I want to file for a divorce but I am currently waiting to retire from the navy on AUG 14 and we were planning to move to Minnesota from Hawaii on MAY 31. I need advice on what I should do. Is there any ground to stand on for calling the police for the crimes she is committing? If we decide to separate before may 31 will I be able to take our daughter with me to Minnesota since that is are state of legal residency? Would it be better to act like nothing is happening and move to Minnesota and file for the divorce there after all three of us are living there?

It is unlikely that calling the police will result in her arrest. However, if you want to leave and take your daughter out of state, I strongly recommend that you get court orders awarding you custody and explicitly authorizing the relocation BEFORE you leave. You'll need to start now to do that. And, yes, you will have to file for divorce here, because that is the vehicle from which these orders will issues.
