What will happen when I go to traffic court tomorrow when I have a failure to appear on my first court date?
I got a seatbelt ticket, no isurance, expired registration and failure to change my address on my license. Well I had car insurance and good registration just not in the car when I was pulled over. It's 6 months later I forgot to pay the seatbelt ticket and did not go to court either! I called courthouse paid the ticket, showed car insurance and good registration. I can't get my address changed on my license cause now it is suspended due to not paying ticket and it has a hold on it. The clerk put me on the docet for tomorrow with the judge. I'm just wondering could I go to jail tomorrow, Wil I just get a fine and him take the suspension off so i can change address and get new license? I'm scared. I have all my points and never had a ticket before.
