There are 4 of us on the land and I pay the taxes! No one else will!

I'm sorry but your facts are unclear. Do you own the property and, if so, do you own it jointly with three others? What do you think is on the property – a structure? Personal property? A lien? You should clarify the facts and consult with a local Business or Real Estate Attorney.
