Incomplete Abortion negligence to perform procedure

I had a surgical abortion feb. 10th I had all kinds of pain afterward. i called up to the abortion clinic told them I was in pain and bleeding 3 weeks later. The nurse was rude and said the chances of me having a infection is unlikely ,and to follow up with my primary dr. so on march 6th i followed up with my primary obgyn . The dr said I was fine. March 9th I started bleeding massive blood clots and had to have a d&C performed in the hospital ER for a incomplete abortion . My HCg levels in my blood were still very high 4 weeks after a surgical abortion and the ultrasound confirmed i still had product of conception left in me. The final ruling was a incomplete abortion , can i sue the clinic because I paid to have a abortion done and they did not perform their job correctly. In fact the hospital had to clean up after the mess they made and my blood levels confirmed hcg levels were very high so what did they remove during my abortion.
