What can I do if my child's biological father forged my name on form 8332?

I am custodial parent. Shared custody. Son's biological father said he needed me to sign form so he could claim son on taxes. This is my year to claim son. I did not work (went to school).He is behind on child support. Never brought form. Think he forged my name. How can I find out if he did? What are my rights also if he did?

Call the police and file a report. Also, call the IRS and make an inquiry. Sounds like possible fraud.
