This is a 5 Lane Highway and on my Southbound side of the road there were no houses where children would be crossing over all 5 Lanes to get to their home. The bus was in the north bound. I was driving my cement mixer truck on the job and no other vehicles were stopping but the officer cited me for not stopping.
