I started having symptoms so went to E.R. They sent me home saying Tension Headache. They didnt stop, So I went back to E.R. Again contributed it to stress.By this time I was having more and different symptoms. I had another Headache so third time I went back and everything was fine I got to room with Nurse. she was taking my blood and then she gave me something for pain, She did that without telling me. The next thing I knew The Nurse was standing there telling me she had 3 more shots for me. The next thing i knew I was standing there Nurse was dressing me, Doctor was pointing finger in my face calling me a Liar, a Meth Head, [there was no results on copy lab work to indicate positive for any drugs.] And told me to get out I was so out of it the Nurse walked me to waiting room, My phone was dead, i was pose to call my ride and in front of everyone said lay off the meth. the next thing I was standing in hospital parking lot waiting for my ride. That was 2/10 I have a letter from the President of the Hospital wrote me a letter dated 2/11 asking how my visit went. thats the jest of it there is more.

Medical malpractice is care and treatment that falls below the standard of care and causes injury. It does not appear--at least from the "facts" you present here--that you meet either criteria.
