I would like to see my case can be sponge so I can get a better job and be a felony free

Only in very rare circumstances does Alaska allow expungment of a criminal record. You should contact a local criminal defense attorney to review your case.

Unfortunately, expungement is extremely difficult (if not impossible) in Alaska. You can call a criminal defense attorney, but I think you will find that Alaska has a very strict law on expunging criminal records. Sorry about that.
