I have 3 kids and want and need a divorce from my alcoholic husband. He doesn't have anything that I want.

We don't own anything together . For the most part I think it would be contested other then the child support. He doesn't believe he has to pay or does he want to. He is verbally and mentally abusive exspecaiilly when he drinks and myself and the children we have together are tired of it.

Well how much of this can you prove? If you have witnesses - better. Child support would be automatic if you gained custody. Dick Price and David Wynne are good attorneys in your area.
