Conditional Green Card Holder Lost Job collecting Unemployment. Will this affect removal of conditions.

I am a conditional Permanent Resident. I lost my job in Oct 2016. I am still on unemployment. I worked in Tech and my Employer had sponsored my H1B but it was revoked. I got my Conditional Permanent Residence Through Marriage. My question is: 1. Since I am getting unemployment Is it an issue when I apply for removal of conditions. 2. We had to get Obama Care for ourselves and our Child. Will this cause any issue during removal of conditions? Thank you.

No, the issues at the removal of conditions (I-751) stage do not involve income/public charge matters. The only thing to focus on is documenting the genuineness of your relationship.

NO, it should not have any impact on it. Unemployment is your right and it is not considered "welfare". Good luck!
