Recent college grad in the financial services industry. Considering getting my medical marijuana card but do not want to be held back in my career. Will employers be able to see if I have one or not? Does it show in medical records? Are there any concerns? How will this impact me when applying to firms in NY/Chicago? -- I know a medical marijuana card will not exempt me from drug screening
