I signed up for a lead generation service for my painting company to receive specific leads. I only signed up to receive exterior painting leads from a certain area. The lead company took it upon themselves to send and bill me for leads I did not sign up for. They did finally refund the some of bad leads after I called them on it. However they continue to send leads I did not contract to receive. Is it not breach of contract for them to send and bill for leads I did not contract for?
