Were you authorized to work when you earned your income ? If you were not, then you are not eligible. Good luck.

It is not clear whether you married a US citizen, a lawful permanent resident or another foreign national. It is also not clear whether you are currently in the US or a foreign investor who sometimes visits the US. These issues will need to be discussed with an attorney to determine whether you are eligible to become a permanent resident. Generally, working/owning a business in the US without having a work authorized status is a violation of the nonimmigrant status and would not be sufficient to apply for a green card. Seek an immigration attorney to consult in private.

Your posting is lacking crucial details. Did you marry a U.S. citizen or a U.S. resident? What type of business do you own and how do you operate the business? Are you performing activities within that business that constitute unlawful employment? I recommend that you visit with an experienced immigration attorney who can properly assist you. Good luck to you.
