My landlords evicting me cuz I'm behind 170 on my rent..can he do this even if I get caught up?

I have major depressive disorder, ptsd, and anxiety...I do work..but waz just hospitalized for a week...due to not able to pay for meds n stay on them....my mood went down hill..past few months... n now cuz I'm bhind..he doesn't want me here at all..even tho I've been here for 2 yrs

The answer depends on several things, first being the lease if you have one, second the notice to quit he served. if there is no lease his notice has to tell you you can negate the notice by paying the back rent. You should call a lawyer to show him/ her the notice you got from the landlord.
