How do I sit-in on a civil court case?

Business 3 views 2 answers
I want to sit in on publicly-open civil cases before my upcoming trial. I'm aiming for the Santa Clara Dowtown Superior Court in San Jose, CA - but I do not know the schedules/times...How do I find the list of this?

Look at the court website. Most court proceedings are open to the public.

I agree with Mr. Marshall. Check the court website. Know that all cases won't go to trial. Many settle on the courthouse steps. You may also want to find the courtrooms that do most trials, and just go there and sit and see what comes up.
