Reopen eviction

We had to take our tenant to courT 3mknths ago for non payment of rent the judge found in our favour the tenant appealed and paid the rent into the court, we agreed at the appeal to let her stay as long as she continued to pay rent but she is now 2 months behind plus an additional 700$ form back rent do we have to restart the process again or can we ask for the judgment to be reinstated and have her evicted her lease is up end of May.
