June 3rd 2016 at 9:30am, I tripped over a uneven floor in the food court of the mall. I rolled and landed in the middle of the mall . I have a tibia fracture. Three broken bones. Still have difficulty walking. How much would a settlement like this be. My total Med bills were a little over 86,000. Please respond! Thx! Very much
You need a lawyer to help you with this case. Malls don't like to pay "slip and fall" cases. Figure 2.5 -3 times your medical expenses plus lost wages.
Without knowing all the details it is hard to assess the value. What was your prior activity level? Your age? Your current limitations? will you need more treatment? What is your current range of Motion? is liability obvious. Etc. Get local counsel.
You have a fairly significant injury but the issue with premises liability cases is almost always how strong the liability case is. Juries will usually put some percentage of fault on the injury person for not watching where they were going, so valuing the case means taking into consideration what contributory negligence may be assigned to the injured party.
In order for an attorney to have some idea of the settlement value of a case, he would have to represent you so that he has intimate knowledge of all the details, including complete knowledge of the condition of the floor, the specifics of exactly how you tripped, how you fell, how you landed, as well as knowledge that comes from reading all of your medical records. In a case like yours with serious injury, you need to hire an attorney. Premises cases are extremely difficult to prove and the defendant will try to put as much fault on you as possible. Go hire a lawyer ASAP.
Slip and fall cases are trickier than you might think. The laws actually favor the property owners. The property owners know the laws and how to limit their liability. Unless you have a lawyer, you will never be treated fairly. A year has passed and evidence has likely disappeared. I suggest that you immediately contact a personal injury lawyer that is experience with premises defect cases. Also, do not talk to anyone regarding how your accident occurred without talking to lawyer.
When you have a stable medical situation and feel comfortable about it you should see a personal injury lawyer. How much your claim is worth is inherently local issue. The experience of a local lawyer is best
Your case is worth what a good local personal injury attorney can get. There is no book, no value tables. Only experience can tell and I'd never hazard a guess without a total review of all your meds. Good luck.

As everyone has said, you won't get much without a lawyer. These are not do-it-yourself cases. Better get it in gear, as you only have two years from the incident and no good lawyer will touch the case unless there is at least six months left.
Generally answering your question is difficult since there are many variables used in order to determine the value of a case. The first one is liability. One of the main factors is what caused you to fall and if there was notice of this defect before you fell and how much contributory negligence may be attributed to the hurt victim. You should hire an attorney who does personal injury and discuss this matter with him.
