In reality probably nothing. Many hospitals will enter in John Joe for individuals that do not have insurance and pass the cost along to the state. It may not even be possible or worth their time to track you down. You can always go back to the hospital give your correct information and take care of the bill. That will ensure nothing will happen. Robert Driessen

I do not think you will need to worry about this as a drunk driving issue unless there was an accident. In regards to a criminal fraud claim, it is possible charges could be filed if you fail to pay the bill. If the hospital does not have any information to link you to the charges, it is unlikely they will ever be able to identify you to make a claim. I definitely would not want you to discuss this with anyone other than a licensed defense attorney.
