Can a landlord terminate your lease and change the locks without an eviction notice before your lease is up?

I lived in an apartment for going on three years and I was harassed by my neighbor and landlord who are friends the entire time. I would get accused of allowing people to stay in the apartment when they weren't, I was told my daughters father could not be at the apartment to keep our child that I had to put her in daycare or figure out other arrangements or I'd be evicted. My neighbor would make false claims when I had guest over and the landlord would threaten me without even investigating anything first. my neighbor even hit my car and when I tried to report the things that was going on to her there would be nothing done about it unless it was a complaint about me. I did not feel comfortable at all and the whole time I felt uncomfortable and did not want to go home at times. The locks were changed before the due date for me to turn in the keys and I didn't get to finish making repairs in the apartment which I received a ridiculous bill for, for example I'm being charged $125 for a $25 waging machine drain pan, $65 for 5 blinds and I replaced the blind which I have a receipt for, I would like to know if there is anything I can do.

Maybe. You will have to go see a landlord/tenant lawyer near you to discuss your options. you could also complain to your local housing authority.
