I want to report a crime committed against my family in a federal court with information, documents and fact and I do not see how this can be done. When justice is for all, then we will have defense attorneys for whom we can not pay, against criminals and against corruption. Then we will have the right to laws that defend the people and not the corrupt and criminal.

Yo cannot report a crime to any court, state or federal. You report crimes to the police. If you want to report a federal crime, call the federal police (FBI, DEA, ATF, etc.).
