Get a lawyer to fight these crooks. They are bad.

Unfortunately there are some cops out there that have no morals, nor do they follow the law they are sworn to uphold. If the blood test comes back positive and you are charged, you need to fight this.

Hire an experienced DUI attorney that experience with Valley Brook. Your case will be presented to the Oklahoma County DA office to see if charges will be filed. Most likely they will be, but it'll take them about 90 days to get around to it. and they won't necessarily wait for the blood test results to come back before they do. So you'll want to hire an attorney to help you watch for charges and to help you wait on the results before anything more happens. The good news is that you were 0.0 on alcohol. So the State can't revoke your license unless you take a conviction (i.e. suspended sentence) for a DUI.
