Jst got maried 40 days in tampa.havent submit the temp cert 2 the court. Does it count as mariage or can it be reversed?

Got married April 13 by an officiant. Haven't submitted the signed copy to the court yet. It has been over 40 days.. what happens if we don't submit it within 60 days? Can we reverse the process or get an annulment and act like the mariage never happened? If not what's the easiest procedure to get out of this mariage? Should sign a postnup before applying for divorce?

If you don't submit the certificate in the time allotted it will expire and the marriage is not binding. So it would be as if you aren't married. You would have to apply for another certificate if it is after the expired date.
