Can my Father who is a American citizen, but a landed immigrant in Canada sponsor me to get a green card?

I am a 24 year old Canadian citizen, currently living in Ontario, Canada. My Father and Grandmother are US citizens that have been living as landed immigrants with me in Canada for a number of years. I would like to eventually live in the US. Can either of them sponsor me to obtain a Green card? If not is my Uncle who is a US citizen and living in the US able to sponsor me? What would my options be?

Your USC father could petition and sponsor you for a "green card". Whether he will be able to "transmit" US citizenship to you right away or whether he will have to sponsor you for a green card first is a factual question that must be explored during a private consultation with an experienced immigration lawyer.

It is worth checking to see if you are already a US citizen, if not your dad should be able to petition for you to obtain US citizenship if he meet the residency requirements. EKAETTE LAWYERS. Goodluck.

You might already be a US citizen. Otherwise, you can apply for a green card.
