I'm 18 and my boyfriend is 15 about to turn 16 and he got me pregnant can I get arrested?

I was 17 at the time I got pregnant and he was 15, I got pregnant November 25th and I turned 18 February 4th. He will be 16 June 22nd before the baby is due. Can I still go to jail for statutory rape if both of our parents are fine with it? I need help!!!

Parents cannot give consent to statutory rape.

The age of consent is 16. While I do not belief statutory rape would be the charge, I believe it would be a misdemeanor sexual assault, there is the potential for a charge here. And I agree, parents cannot consent to commission of a crime.
