How do you file a will if you cannot locate the original the lawyer that did the will has closed his business ?

You go with what you've got. Submit the copy to the court and they will probably accept it unless there is any evidence that the original was deliberately destroyed. This is not a do it yourself project. Get help from an experienced probate attorney.
