Yes you may. You can pick up what's called "pro se" fill in the blank type divorce forms from the county courthouse or online. All you have to do is complete the form, file it with the local family court, and pay the filing fee which can run in the range of $250-300.

Yes, you can file without his signature. It is a lot easier with an agreement. Call or visit the court and they have forms avalable or online. Never represent yourself in a divorce where children and/or property are involved.Seek local legal representation.

I offer online forms on my website. You can find more information here: http://chrislawyerblog.com/uncontested-divorce/ At some point you would need your husband's signature if it is an agreed divorce, either a waiver of being served the divorce documents or on the final documents granting the divorce.

While you can file for divorce (which only starts the divorce case) without your spouse's signature, you will need to provide your spouse with legal notice of the case by serving him/her or obtaining a waiver from him/her- and you may very well need a signature to finalize the case. Without more facts I can't tell you the exact steps you will need to follow - just be aware that in most cases if the parties agree on final settlement terms, they each have to sign the Final Decree of Divorce before it is presented to the Judge. You should consider at least having a brief consult with an attorney so that you are sure cover all of your bases.
