Cps and family Court ?
I'm looking for a lawyer to help me fight cps .. Cps worker went to family court to get a court order to enter my home and see my kids ... I have denied her access under my constitutional rights but she called me at the last minute not giving me enough time to get to court so I couldn't have my say... also the cops have been to my house while I was at work not sure what they want .. my 9 year old daughters school keeps calling cps with false allegations.She has special needs and was denied her right to a proper education for the past 3 years instead of helping her they set her up for failure because they needed to exhaust all of their resources first .. my daughter sees a psychiatrist and neurologist and she's on meds what more can I do ? To say I'm not helping my mentally disabled daughter is just wrong and somebody should be held accountable for this .. please help
