My divorce is on court waiting to be signed by the judge.

That is usually the date that the Judge signs the Judgment or the date the Clerk's Office enters it.

I will tell you exactly what the term 'DISPOSED' means when it is seen on eCourts.com. It absolutely does NOT refer to the date when a Judgment of Divorce is signed. In fact, I am not aware of any online service that provides the exact date when a Judgment of Divorce for any given case signed by a Judge/Referee. In divorce cases on eCourts.com, here is what 'disposed' means: A) the very last in-person court date for that divorce; OR B) the very last day of trial if a trial has taken place; OR C) the date that a divorce case was discontinued by the plaintiff, which does not necessarily require an in-person court appearance; OR D) the date that a defendant spouse was able to obtain the dismissal of a divorce case, which is very rare but can happen sometimes. In the vast majority of divorce cases where the parties sign an agreement aka Stipulation of Settlement, both lawyers are normally given a '60 Day Order' to submit all the remaining, required documents that are necessary for the 'uncontested divorce packet' to be filed with the Court Clerk. The 'disposed' date on eCourts.com can often refer to this 60 Day Order as well. It has nothing to do with when a Judgment of Divorce is signed.

Attorney Lung's explanation is pretty comprehensive and accurate. In sum, it's the date the case is deemed "resolved" but for any remaining administrative action, such as obtaining judge's signature and/or processing paperwork.
