Original owner sold all his property. New owner gave 60 days to vacate notices to ALL tenants. I don't have $ to pay june rent and move so new owner gave me an eviction notice. Is there anything I can do to avoid eviction process?

If you don't move out as instructed, and the owner files an eviction action, then it will be a public record, and cannot be removed, even if it is later dismissed. So you should talk to landlord and vacate as soon as possible. Even if landlord does not file eviction, the landlord can make an adverse entry on your credit record, lowering your credit score and making it difficult for you to rent from a landlord who checks your credit record.
