Incident took place in Djibouti Airport . Airline is Ethiopian Airline ?

Dear Sir Thank u for ur answer about my question . incident took place in Djibouti Airport . Airline is Ethiopian Airline .But this airline have office in USA . And the passengers were travel to USA by Ethiopian ,Emirates. and The passengers Have Immigration Visa USA . So i need to submit my complaint in USA . Because there is a lot of lawyers which have credibility . Now i need lawyer in USA to submit my complaint in USA . the problem is big no't easy the passengers got a lot of problems . all reason is Ethiopian Airline . Regard
