Can a minor write a emancipation statement/ contract for the guardians sign?

I live in Minnesota so while there is no process for emancipation it is still legal and recognized so I was wondering if I could write a statement/contract for my parents to sign and have it be legal

That could be proof of their consent to your emancipation. I would make it simple, and have them sign in front of a notary public, who then stamps and signs it. Best wishes!
