My future employer wants to start my labor certification, while I'm out the US, is there any issue if I enter in Sept w/visa B2?

I understand that I do not need to be in the U.S. for the employer to initiate the employment-based immigration process. However, is there any problem to enter in September 2017 with my tourist visa?.
