Can a judge sign off on a victims medical obgyn records for a domestic assault case?

I received a letter from my ex's attorney that they requested my medical records from my obgyn because she thinks I was never really pregnant. I was wondering if the judge could use that as material evidence or not given the fact it really has no relevance to why he was charged with domestic assault

You have the right to file a Motion to Quash the Subpoena. You will need to hire an attorney to make certain that it is done correctly. You should also call the Commonwealth's Attorney and ask to speak with the Victim Witness Coordinator. Explain your concerns. The Commonwealth's Attorney might also file a Motion to Quash. Do not delay.

I agree. As far as its relevance, it really depends on what they are using it for. While on the face of it, it seems to have no relevance, if they can tie it into your case, possibly. That's another reason to talk to the commonwealth's attorney. Best of luck, James
