Dec. 2015, I saw an Adult Health Physician at Central Health Dept. For certain Health concerns, especially a major turn in my cycle change that last for 2 weeks straight, heavy bleeding/ and heavy blood clots uncontrollably. Due to my primary Doctor and his staff's incompetence, and enormous negligence has caused tremendous unnecessary pain worsen and illness for 9 straight months. I also have a recorded conversation with him, the Supervisor over the Clinic apologizing for negligence, and not doing what they promised me almost a year ago since then, which was helping me resolve my illness and get to the right results in why I got so sick very suddenly. I was then forced to check-in 2 different Hospital ERS on 2 seperate days cause of the illness since Dec. 2015. I also was left to search and look up a few GYNs on my own with absolutely no help from my primary at all. I saw a total of 3 GYNs. Time was very difficult for me because I'm a single mom that's the breadwinner, but I wasn't able to provide like normal for my babies. Nov. 2016-due to false-positive test results, I had 2 unnecessary major surgeries, which caused nerve and spine injury/ can't hardly walk now, use a cane.

If you believe as your post indicates that there were departures from accepted standards of medical care (the liability element of a malpractice claim) which caused damages sufficient to warrant legal action speak with local counsel to arrange fr an expert review of the medical records and imaging studies to determine if there is a case to pursue.

I agree with both of my esteemed colleagues. Speak with a local attorney for further evaluation. Virtually all personal injury attorneys will be glad to provide a free consultation.

I agree with counsel below. In addition, you must have a retained expert who is similarly situated in that particular specialty in order to prove medical negligence.
