Went to court for eviction and signed consent judgement to pay over five weeks. I missed the first payment and a RENT AND POSSESSION EXECUTION had been posted on my door. 1) Can I pay amount and remain in property? 2) How long before Sheriff comes in Jefferson County Missouri?

No. You owe the rent and abiding by the judgment merely means you are respecting the rule of law.

Probably not, unless you negotiate a deal with the landlord. You had a second chance to prevent execution of the eviction judgment, but it appears you messed it up.
