What to do when a dealership is not abiding to a contract?

I have 3 different contracts from AutoNation Toyota Tempe. The first contract includes the price of the car and just the GAP insurance. The Second contract the dealership included many services which I did not agreed on. The third contract is after I went back to the dealership to complain about this. This contract includes the same agreement as the first contract. However, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) only have the second contract on file. I have spoke to the dealership finance department many times and they said they have sent the new contract to the TFS but TFS have not received anything. What is recommended when dealing with this situation? The dealership is not abiding to the most up-to date contract.

I'm a little confused as to why you have 3 contracts. Did the subsequent agreements extinguish the previous ones? Are the supplementary? Since TFS only has the 2nd contract on file, it may not be aware of the 3rd contract. I think you might want to start by having a conversation with the dealership to find out why they are not abiding by the 3rd contract and if necessary, sit with them in their office so you can watch them have an actual conversation with TFS and be sure the 3rd contract is received. If you are unable to get satisfaction, you will probably want to engage an attorney to intercede and determine what action needs to be taken to get the correct contract in effect and adhered to by all parties.

In order to answer your question correctly, I would need additional information, including taking a look at each contract. I would definitely suggest contacting an attorney in your area if you believe the dealership isn't abiding to the terms you have agreed to.
