How to check the status of H1B using EAC number?

Hi, I got H1B approval in May 2009 and it is valid till May 2012. But my employer might have revoked my H1, but I am not sure about that. Is there any way to check the status of my H1B visa using EAC number? Is there any system which gives information whether the H1 is still active or whether it is already revoked? Thank you.

if you are not working for the employer/petitioner (not getting paychecks) you are out of status whether the employer withdrew the H-1B petition or not. If you want confirmation, you can do a FOIA (freedom of information act) or just ask the employer or attorney who handled the H-1B.
