It really depends on the circumstances of your case including but not limited to your blood alcohol level, whether you were lawfully driving and the dates of your prior offenses. Your penalties can range from probation (possible reduction to misdemeanor) to state prison time.
I have been practicing criminal defense for 15 years and would be happy to give you a free consultation. You can reach me at (310) 623-3771.

You need to consult with an attorney. When doing so make sure you trust your attorney because if you cannot trust your attorney, no matter what they do you will not be happy with the results and outcome of your case.
The statutory maximum is 3 years. Realistically however, people rarely receive the max unless there's some other factors involved.
Consult with an attorney, make sure to talk to more than one, so you can see the difference between prices, attorneys, and pick accordingly to what is in your best interest.
Good luck!
Call Scott Spindell in LA (818-783-5200). Be careful about this one. If this DUI goes down as a Felony Conviction, ANY DUI offense you get after this will also be charged as a Felony. I practice in San Diego, so I can't help any more than this, but call Scott. He'll take good care of you.
