Will I get a DT at court for my accident?

Not too long ago I was driving home from practice and I was playing with the radio and I ran into a poll I went to the hospital and I was fine but I got a ticket for inattentive driving but since I am underage, I'm only 17, I have to appear in court, do you think they will drug test me at court I was not under the influence when I was driving or on something like I said I was coming back from practice but I've experimented before and just wanted to know if I will be drug tested at my court date?

Possibly. The judge can order you to be tested.

Not in Delaware on an inattentive driving ticket.

The court is not going to test you. Inattentive driving is a minor motor vehicle offense involving up to a $75 fine and 2 points. You may be eligible for probation before judgment and avoid the points.
