the problem and an attempt was made to remedy the issue but it wasn't effective and now because Ive complained that theres still a problem I've been told that I'm going to be evicted. Are there any attorneys who may be interested in looking at my situation and who can advise me of my options? I've been told the eviction will be filed on the 31st of this month. I would appreciate any help that can be provided. Thank you.

Attorneys cannot solicit work on this site. There are multiple landlord and tenant attorneys here so contact them directly and arrange a consultation. As to your explanation, you cannot be evicted for complaining about this absent some specified language in the lease. A complaint for eviction cannot be properly filed until you get the proper notice. The second you get that notice, contact the attorney and they can provide advice on how to respond.
