Do you want to end up with a void marriage to your second spouse? Do this right - see a lawyer in Texas and ask them for an opinion on how to straighten this out the right way. Good luck! Charles Hardy

You probably either need to do a divorce or annulment in Texas or obtain a declaratory judgment recognizing a Mexican divorce or annulment. You must ensure you remove all possible legal impediment to the second marriage to ensure the integrity of your community property rights emanating from the second marriage. You need family law counsel as Mr. Hardy has wisely already recommended to you. Trying DIY can wind up having long-term negative repercussions.
