I step out of my marriage about a month ago and I confess to my wife about my act of adultery....she left than came back and forgave me. Now she is talking about divorcing me and getting alimony. Can she still file for faulty even though she forgave me for it???

generally in alabama, courts do not consider alimony for a marriage under ten years.
